How to register as GRS Member?

Registration Online :
  1. Open the company website grs.garuda-indonesia.com/ and select the "Login and Registration" menu. On that page, choose the registration menu.
  2. Fill in all the required information.
  3. The submitted information will be sent to the Head Office.
  4. The Head Office will conduct verification and investigation of prospective GRS members, and the Head Office will follow up on the results.
  5. Approval will be granted if all the required information is in order.
  6. Prospective GRS members will receive User-ID/Tour code, agent code, and a URL to activate their password after approval from the Head Office.
  7. User-ID/Tour code is used to log in to the GRS booking system.
Registration Offline :
  1. Visit the nearest Garuda Indonesia Head Office.
  2. Fill out the registration form.
  3. The Head Office will conduct verification and investigation of prospective GRS members.
  4. Approval will be granted if all the required information is in order.
  5. Prospective GRS members will receive User-ID/Tour code, agent code, and a URL to activate their password after approval from the Head Office.
  6. User-ID/Tour code is used to log in to the GRS booking system.
